WRISTBAND TICKET PRICING INFO (age on July 1, 2010):
- General Admission = ages 13 & over
- Junior = ages 6 - 12
- Ages 1 - 5 = order FREE WRISTBAND
- Infant - no wristband required
- GROUP DISCOUNT - groups of 12 or more who pre-register together at general admission price. Junior tickets do not count as part of the 12.
- MILITARY DISCOUNT - For active duty military personnel and their dependents only. DISCOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED AT THE ONSITE BOX OFFICE (show Active Duty CAC card to collect refund). Discount refunds issued ONSITE ONLY; no military discount refunds given AFTER the event.
Full-event military discount: General admission - $20 off purchase price, Juniors - $10 off purchase price
One-day military discount: General Admission - $10 off purchase price, Juniors - $5 off purchase price
No military discount for camping fees.
MAIN STAGE SEATING UPGRADES (Bleacher and Reserved Seat options)
- THE FOLLOWING ARE UPGRADE TICKETS, sold separately from regular wristband tickets (see price grid above). Upgrade tickets valid only when used WITH a wristband ticket. NOTE: Children (age 5 and under) will not be required to have an upgrade ticket if they will be sitting on a lap. ALL ages require an upgrade ticket if occupying a seat in an upgraded seating area.
- Upgrade tickets sold for Main Stage only.
- Purchase limit: 6 tickets per person, per festival day (Thurs/Fri/Sat). EXCEPTION: No limit on upgrade ticket purchase IF equal number of event tickets are purchased at the same time.
- Any remaining upgrade tickets will be available for purchase at the Main Stage Info/Lost & Found tent beginning Thursday, July 1, at 10am.
MAIN STAGE RESERVED SEAT TICKETS
- Reserved seats located behind VIP/Circle 100 (CLICK HERE FOR DIAGRAM).
- Price: $25 per seat, per day.
- There are approximately 1,000 reserved seat tickets available.
- Reserved seats will be assigned in priority order by reservation date/time.
MAIN STAGE BLEACHER SEAT PASSES
- This is open seating within the bleachers; no specific seat assignments.
- Price: $6 per seat, per day (CLICK HERE FOR DIAGRAM).
- There are approximately 600 bleacher seat passes available.
PRE-EVENT PURCHASE INFO:
- Tickets/camping sold through The Box Office by phone/fax/internet/mail.
- The Box Office charges handling fee as an independent ticket agency providing festival attendees the convenience of purchasing tickets or making camping reservations by phone, fax, mail or online. Handling fee applies to all orders.
- Standard handling fee is 6% (minimum $6). Handling fee discounted to 3% ($6 minimum applies) for payment by money order (NO CHECKS), mailed February 8 - June 4.
- Unless Will Call is requested, default delivery method is US Mail until June 4. Do not mail order form after June 4. Phone/internet/fax (no mail) orders continue June 5-25. Orders placed June 5-25 will be held at onsite Box Office/Will Call for pick-up at festival entrance.
- The Box Office mails tickets/camp passes 2-4 weeks before the festival. General information packet, detailed camping info, driving directions and festival updates will be included. If you have not received your ticket/camp pass by June 24, please call The Box Office.
- DO NOT MISPLACE TICKET or CAMP PASS! You must wear wristband ticket to enter event and campground areas. If you lose or misplace wristband, you will be required to purchase replacement.
- ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
