Circle 100 : SWC 2010
Spirit West Coast 2010 will be the 14th festival in Monterey, and we are grateful for the many wonderful spiritual things that have happened since 1997. Each year people of all ages are renewed, encouraged and challenged, and most importantly, reborn. One key purpose of Spirit West Coast is providing an opportunity for people to accept Christ as their Savior. Since 1997, thousands have accepted Jesus at Spirit West Coast Monterey…PTL! And this unique festival provides an opportunity to strengthen families and friendships, and build life-memories and more…ALL within the context of a Christ-centered, fun and entertaining experience.
The many wonderful things that take place at Spirit West Coast could not happen if the event is not financially viable. We are committed to presenting a quality event and that results in an incredible financial undertaking (over 1.5 million!). The Circle 100 patron program is critical to the income of Spirit West Coast and your support matters… A LOT! Always remember that beyond the “benefits”, you are supporting an incredible ministry that impacts thousands, on levels that will only be fully realized in eternity.
Attend Spirit West Coast – Monterey as a "Circle 100" V.I.P. The exclusive Circle 100 seating is limited. Each membership is $1,360. Spirit West Coast extends special “VIP” privileges to Circle 100 members in appreciation for their generosity and support. Each membership is entitled to:
• 4 Full-event tickets - These admission tickets (wristbands) must be used by the same people for the entire event.
• 4 seats in the Circle 100 seating area - A special, separate section (with chairs) located closest to the Main Stage for Circle 100 members. (Not available at other stages.) These seats are not specific (individual) reserved seats and members must remove their belongings (blankets, backpacks, etc.) when leaving the area as a courtesy to those who come later. Members may certainly save their seats when leaving for a short time to visit the restroom or purchase refreshments. Children under 2 may sit on a parent’s lap. Children 2 and older must have a seating pass.
• VIP parking for one vehicle in the VIP parking lots and 4 Event T-shirts.
• An artist reception for Circle 100 members and event sponsors. Select either Friday or Saturday afternoon (subject to availability). Some of the performing artists from that day will be attending the reception. SWC can not guarantee or confirm in advance which artists will or will not be at the reception.
• A listing in the festival program - Some members prefer to remain “anonymous” but we encourage a listing. For example: ACME Business, Mr. & Mrs. Goto Festival, Mr. Joe Single, in memory (or appreciation) of Grandma and Grandpa Jones. The listing does not have to match the member’s name.
• Campsite priority - Circle 100 members are invited to tent camp or park their RV in the only improved and utility sites on the property, an option not available to the public. The price of the campsite is not included with membership. It is $150 for tent sites and ranges from $160 to $300 for RV sites depending on the length of your RV (for 4 nights – only one site available per membership – availability is limited and not guaranteed).
• Access to lunch and dinner meal service at the VIP dining center. The service will include six meals – a full lunch and dinner each day with dinner menus changing daily from Mexican, Italian or Asian for example, and featuring sandwiches, soup, salads, fruit, etc. for lunch. Each meal will include drinks and dessert. Meals are catered by Tarpy’s Roadhouse – a highly rated local restaurant. The cost is $139 per adult and $80 for children 6-10 (5 and under are free). Lunch hours are 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and dinner will be served at 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Meals at the dining center are an optional cost item, not included with the Circle 100 purchase.
• Exclusive access to the Circle 100 "executive restroom" complete with running water, sinks and mirrors. This is for Circle 100 members only and will be located near the Circle 100 seating area.
